Virtual Staffing Agencies

Everyone is familiar with the concept of a staffing agency - businesses who do not have time or resrouces to do their own advertising and interviewing for a position, or professionals who wish to supplement their income without doing an extensive job search go to an agent.  That agent interviews candidates, receives job orders from client companies, and makes a match made in heaven.  Or at least, in this case, a match made in cyberspace.
